Refund policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must have prior approval before sending them back.
We make every effort to describe our items as clearly as possible so there is no confusion. If you are not 100% sure an item fits your machine, email us with the model and serial number of the equipment and engine. If we make a mistake in any way, we will fix it ASAP and of course pay the return shipping if a wrong item was sent. No returns on electrical or fuel parts that have been installed, no exceptions. Due to USPS Policy, any lost packages will have to wait 15 days after the last estimated delivery date to have a replacement sent.
