Why can't Oregon put it together before it leaves the factory? The instructions are APPALLING. Pictures so small you can't see them, vague mentions of part names without explaining what parts they mean. Too many washers supplied so you have left overs in random sizes - makes you think you've done it wrong. Thank goodness for helpful Amazon buyer who filmed himself putting it together. Haven't used it yet but hope that's better than the process of assembling it.
